Hi Guys,
We are trying to export a table (lets say for now the Account table), but some of the related records' display names are not unique and do not have a unique ID.
Anybody know how we can extract these records into excel with the related records GUID? Maybe through power automate.
Many thanks,
J
When you export to excel an Account Table "view" to there are 3 columns A,B,C, that are hidden, these will hold the GUID for the CRM record - Account. Just unhide these to view the GUID in the column headed "Row Checksum".
Did you find an answer to this in the end?
That's the GUID of the Account. Madders is asking whether it is possible to included the GUIDs of lookup values.
Hi,
Within PowerApps select the entity you want to export and then click Edit in Excel - Within Excel this should show your related record ID rather than the lookup value
