RE: MICROSOFT DYNAMICS GP TECHNICAL ISSUES

Posted on by

I am writing to formally report a technical issue that I have encountered with the Microsoft Dynamics GP software. The nature of the problem is centered around two key aspects: first, the inability to open the description box, and second, the noticeable slowdown in the performance of the GP software.

As Lisa said, your best bet is to contact support. Hopefully you are running a supported version of GP. Or talk to your partner and have them take a look to see what is going on. GP is very stable and should run very well, as long as you give it enough resources.

This could be all kinds of issues: Windows, computers, network, SQL server are the top four that cause performance issues.

If you are looking to report an issue, you need to contact Microsoft Support.
