Getting email mime data into CRM 2015

We are having a problem in my organization:

When we receive an email from the following address in CRM: Mail-Server@csr24.email.

And we reply we get this address on the "TO" field which makes sense.  But when we do this from Outlook we get the real recipient: not this email Mail-Server@csr24.email.

Looking at the mail mime data from the email in outlook I noticed the following:

X-AgencyKey: 2026323711
MIME-Version: 1.0
From: "ARA Insurance Services, Inc." <Mail-Server@csr24.email>
To: Insurance Verification Center <gamail@assurant.com>
Reply-To: <bsmith@arainsure.com>
Date: Tue, 12 Apr 2016 14:18:24 -0600
Subject: Certificate of Insurance
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
 boundary="--boundary_16964_d7644cb6-def4-4a41-872a-238a7ddf103d"
Message-ID: <DA01DSS0132tPQh0Lc500007ea5@smtpdk.csr24.email>

This is the correct email it should be sending to: Reply-To: <bsmith@arainsure.com>

So how do I get this information from CRM so I can replace this in the "TO" field of CRM messages.
