Can someone help me troubleshoot why my budget is not pulling into my Management Reporter reports? I know my budget is in GP. It shows current budget, just not next year’s.
Could you take a screen clip of the top section of the Column definition of the Management Report document that is missing the 'new' budget values.
If the correct name appears to be there - did you use the drop down to select or did you type it into the field. I have found selecting from drop-down list is the best way to ensure you get the correct Budget ID from Dynamics into Management Reporter.
Check the GL00200 and GL00201 tables and verify that the budget has a value in the YEAR1 column. If that's blank, MR won't be able to read the budget.
Also check that you are generating the report for the company that this budget exists in. In the Report Definition, the company is listed in the upper left. The column definition will show the budgets for the company you are logged into, but it's possible to generate the report for a different company from what you are currently logged into.
