Can I import account contacts into the sales trial?  When I tried, I'm getting an error report for the excel version.

I have the same question (0)

When you export the file it has various information related with the old environment.... Now during the important in trail version Make sure you use excel template of trial version then get data from old excel to new one as per the columns.

There may be less issues for OOB columns... But for Custom columns it will provide error.

    Thank You,

Hello Amit, actually I'm importing in from QB and it only allows for an .xlsx type worksheet which is not being accepted into my Sales Trial.  Please advise.

    Hi partner,

If .xlsx is not supported, try changing .xlsx to .csv.

As I mentioned in this case. Download and upload Excel template gives error - Dynamics 365 General Forum Community Forum

    Hi,

You need to download the template for contact from Template section as described in below link:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/download-template-data-import?view=op-9-1

After download you can insert your quickbooks data into the template.

Then import the same it will work.

    Hi JacquelineS,

Try converting the .xlsx file to a CSV file and importing it with proper mapping.
