Free Text Invoices and total roundings what can be acheived

Hello!

Is there a possibiity to have the totals of a free text invoice rounded up to a whole Swedish Krona on a legal entity level?
Rounding rules in SEK is currently set to 0.00

The free text invoice is based on an electronic word template especially done for this LE.
It is the totals including VAT I am looking for.

Hi,
You can try selecting a currency (SEK) and setting rounding rules. Make sure the rounding rules are configured correctly. If you want to round to the nearest whole kroner, set the rounding rules accordingly. If you use a custom eWord template for your regular invoice, make sure the template includes the necessary placeholders for rounded amounts.

If you want this rounding on free text invoice word template, you can add a Transformation rounding rule for the total fields via Electronic reporting (e.g. via Round amount formular : ROUNDAMOUNT ER function - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn)
