Hi All,
Hoping someone might offer some advice on this. Some cash receipts were performed (and are reflected on the customer accounts that they were received from), but when we attempt to add them to a deposit, we don't see them available under the Checkbook in question. Any advice on where we might start to troubleshoot this? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
Disregard this :( Evidently they had been deposited in a previous deposit. Thanks anyways!
