Hi Guys,
I currently use real time marketing to do all email journeys when events are created and so on.
What I am trying to do now is: I am trying to email all already registered attendees to the event when network status changes to "Cancelled".
I basically need to tell all registered attendees that the event is no longer taking place as its been cancelled.
Would you be able to provide some guidance please re required trigger and journey here.

Hi Rasi, how did it end up?
Assuming this is a one time situation, you could create a segment of everyone registered for the event and send out an email confirming the cancellation.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
