Installation of Historical Inventory Trial Balance Reset Tool?

Posted on by 247
Hi:

We see the Historical Inventory Trial Balance, upon logging into GP 2016 as "sa".

And, the dynamics.set file shows the HITB Report product listed.

But, we don't see the required path for running its Reset Tool.  This would be Tools...Utilities...Inventory...HITB IV Reset Tool.

Is this a separate chunk file that's installed?

Thanks!

It should be showing here: Microsoft Dynamics GP menu >> Tools >> Utilities >> Inventory >> HITB IV Reset Tool.

Make sure you're signed in as 'sa' too.

If it still isn't showing, make sure to run all the setup steps for your version of GP. The CNK file, scripts and instructions are here:

    I hope this helps.
