In Data import/export framework parameters, did you enabled Enable all company export ?

    Hi Martingg,

When you create a data project for exports, there is an option available on the entity level to export data from all companies in D365FinOps to the target database or Azure BYOD. By default, this feature is not enabled.

Prior to PU27, this feature could have been enabled by enabling the flight DMFEnableAllCompanyExport. Starting with PU27, this feature can be enabled in Data management workspace > "Framework parameters". After the feature is enabled, a new option will appear when adding an entity to a data project. This option can be enabled to export data from all companies for the specific entity.

Please also consider the below documentation:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../data-entities-data-packages

Please let us know if this helps or if you need any other information, and we will be more than glad to assist further. Also, kindly mark as verified if the answer is helpful.

If there is no helpful information, then please open a Support Ticket with Microsoft to get this investigated further.

    With kind thoughts,

    Hi Martin,

Have you got solution for it .

I am facing the same issue as in batch jobs it is exporting the data only for current company.

    Hi Sonali,

Do you have both checkboxes from Laura's post active? (if you don't see "Export across all companies" checkbox on the data project, you can add it via personalization).

    Hi Sergei,

Yes, both the checkboxes are visible to me & data is exporting from all the entities when exporting manually without batch jobs.

But when running the same entity in batch , it exports the data from current company only.

    Thank You

    Sonali

    Hi Sonali,

Are you using "Export in batch" option or a recurring integration job?

I have the same issue. Export manually is working for all companies. Where as if you set recurring batch job for export across companies are not working, it is exporting only the current company.

    Hi @martingg_

Please check if the export job that you have created (i.e. BYOD Export) has active check mark for entities that you plan to be exported. You can try to add this field by "Insert columns" on 'Selected entities"

    pastedimage1628969247618v1.png

Or try to create a new export job and then add entities by activating option for "Export across all companies"

    pastedimage1628969532943v2.png

For running the export, choose "Export option" > Export in batch  or Export now      (Not "Create recurring job", since it will run the export for the company that you run the job)

    I hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Alireza

You also need to activate the feature in Data Management >> Framework Parameters

Just open your data project associated with BYODB export and click on Applicable legal entities, check it's valid for all
