- Purpose Name (Topics and Purposes) = X (using a compliance profile) AND
- Topic Name (Topics and Purposes) Will Send = Y
The above doesn't work at all. So now I'm trying to reach out to the msdynmkt_contactpointconsent4 table as mentioned by Microsoft here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/real-time-marketing-email-text-consent, so I can say if the Contact has a Contact Point Consent record where Purpose=X, Topic=Y and Consent Status=Z, however I cannot see this table listed within the Segment area when I add a new one.
The environment originally had the old Marketing App including Outbound Marketing, this app is the one updated to the above version. Don't know if the 'update' of the app hasn't worked or is broken.
Has anyone else experienced this and how did they create this very simple segment?
