Dear forum members,
we are currently in possession of a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement plan license.
In addition to our Customer Service environment, we are setting up a customer portal / partner portal.
We have already given a number of external users access to this environment as a test to create tickets ourselves that are registered in our CS environment.
We now assume that there is no extra charge for this external access in the portal that is linked to our dynamics environment.
Now I read, however, that the portals at Microsoft have been adapted to Power Portals and that a 5000 verified external logins we would have to pay 3500 euros per month for.
Can someone confirm that this only applies to separate new environments that run alongside Dynamics. otherwise I wonder how I will get an invoice for the environment that I already have?
