Hello,
I have set up a job and gone through the whole standard process of hiring a candidate in Attract. The last activity "Offer" is still "in progress" even though the candidate has accepted the offer. The Onboard doesn't seem to have any process that enables this I think.
Shouldn't I be able to see the candidate in Talent HR as a Worker or Employee? Or I am missing something?

Well then I'll just have to answer this myself ;-)
I was informed by a program manager within the Microsoft Talent Team that my problem was due to an synchronization issue that occurred after their October release. This has been fixed and updated in build version 18571338.
Now it is possible to link a job in Attract to a position in Talent HR and when a candidate accepts the job through an offer, the candidates data will be synchronized from Attract to Talent HR.
