Noticed there is a link called "Knowledge Article" on the classic sitemap. It takes the user out of classic and into "Customer Service Hub", which is fine by me. My users understand that they want to work in classic, they can switch back to classic, but they have to use the Unified Client Interface to edit Knowledge Articles. I hope to convince them over time to embrace UCI. Since we're on-premises, there is no mandate yet.
What if you want people to use a different UCI app, like a customized one? Is there any way to re-route the link on the classic SiteMap to go to your customized app instead of "Customer Service Hub".
I noticed it goes to this URL: msdyncrm_libsknowledgearticleroutingknowledgearticleroutingtounifiedmocahtml9bd6d6d6-4e2f-4975-8ac5-a62749a4db5a
Granted, I could just customize Customer Service Hub instead of creating a separate "App". The reason I created a separate app is I wanted to make sure we saved our customization changes to it even if we apply updates. But maybe since this is on-premises, that's less important. If the answer to the above is no, you can't, then I'll probably just embrace "Customer Service Hub" rather than my customized "Service Hub".
