CRM 2016 perform action step missing in workflow

Hi All,

I need to perform an action in a workflow.

I don't have much experience in CRM 2016, the picture below shows the available steps, but "perform action" is missing.

Does this has something to do with security roles?

Hi,

“Perform Action” was introduced in Dynamics CRM 2015 Update 1. So it should be avialable in your CRM Instance.

Can you please check with system admin role/System customizer role.
