How to get new License from Customer Source after Paying up to date AEP

Hi,

We have recently Paid our AEP till 2023. Earlier we had a license for Dynamics NAV 2018.

we claim the new latest license because we have AEP, we are eligible to get the latest license.

Please help me as we are not getting it from our Customer source

You should contact your partner and they will provide your with a new license file.

Hi, A new On-Pre license cannot be obtained from the customer directly, which requires the MS partner to create it in the tool, including the validity period, object range, etc..

So as Inge advised, you should contact your partner.
