We are using the standard component, Timeline, on Account and Opportunity to get an overview of activities, notes and posts.
When I put the Timeline on our user's primary dashboard, it can unfortunately only show the user's own activities, but we want functionality that enables the user to see all updates from colleagues who work on accounts relevant to the user.
Can any of you recommend a solution for users to stay up to date on colleagues' notes, activities etc. on a portfolio of accounts?
