D365S - lookup field connection role not showing more than 25 rows

Posted on by 6
Hi,

we are using D365S and use connections between oob and custom entities.

One example are contacts that have a role /Stakeholder/ to a custom entity project.

Here role(to) shows 25 rows which seems to be the MS standard, but does not load the rest of the rows. Users have to manually search and know the rest of the roles to be able to select them.

Has somebody experienced the same issue or has solved this? I would highly appreciate any form of help.

    Hi,

Does changing your Personal Settings solve?

    Hi Leah,

unfortunately that is not the case for our environment.
Neither in the quick find or in the advanced lookup it loads more than 25 rows.

Can you name any potential errors I am making?

    Hi,
1.When you drag the slider to the bottom, wait a few seconds and the rest will load!
2,You can click 'Advanced lookup' option.
--You can select one record in the view, and you also can change to other views to select.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
