Does anyone has QR code generation API as per Saudi government requirement?

Client wants their own design and all classes for QR encryption are made as final, cant be extended, so looking for other option

To be specific, do you want to modify the standard Sales order invoice design to comply with their own company design, or is it all another new report not even related to Sales invoicing?
Both scenarios are doable we did it on the Project invoice (which isn't related to Sales) and also we were able to modify the Sales invoice design both designs had QR code as well.
