Intrastat Reporting from Dynamics 365 For Financials?

Intrastat reporting concerns reporting the quantities and values of goods moved between member states of the EU.  It involves 'commodity codes', monthly reporting to government and 'supplementary declarations'.  This is the UK Government's info on it: https://www.gov.uk/intrastat/register .

My prospect is asking if there is anything within the UK release of Dynamics 365 For Financials that will help them with their Intrastat reporting?

    (There is a field 'Commodity Code' in the 'Price & Posting' fast-tab of the item page, but D365F won't let me add a new commodity code to the (empty) list of codes.)
