I am using Customer Voice as a stand-alone module, not with Dynamics 365. Being able to track respondents is an essential part of my business process. I can successfully upload a repondent list from a csv file and use the email functionality to send the survey out. Tracking in customer voice work. All good so far. Now the the problem. I cannot see anyway of sending a reminder to the people that have not responded. I don't really want to get into developing Microsoft Power Automate flows, the people I'm handing this work off to don't have the technical expertise to manage this. Is there any way to send a reminder to tracked respondents within the Customer Voice? If not, can this be made an enhancement request?

We are providing a limited private preview for this feature that is available to do survey reminder out of the box from Customer Voice. If you are interested to be part of the private preview, pls drop an email at customervoice@microsoft.com and provide your tenant id.

We have been using the reminder functionality preview feature. It now appears the preview functionality has been removed and we no longer have a method of sending reminders. Can we please get an update on what the plan is for reminder functionality in customer voice.
