Not able to download financial reports with 'Include all reporting units' option

We started to experience issues extracting reporting pack with an option to include all reporting units since last Friday 02/08/2024. 
We can view all the generated reports and download them one by one but not able to download all the reports with 'Include all reporting units' option chosen. 
The error message below appeared:
We didn't change any financial reports security or access settings. It just suddenly stopped working.
 
Can anyone help fixing this issue?

    As per you you have not changed anything, assuming this is correct.
     
    Can you try the datamart reset from the MR and try?
     
    What if you try to export using Sys admin role?

    As Ramit mentioned, please try Data Mart reset if nothing has been changed.

    As Ramit suggested, I would try the export using System admin role.  Also try exporting in different browsers.  If neither of those help, you can try resetting the Datamart, but this looks like an export issue, not a report generation issue.

    Thank you Ramit, Billur and Frank , the system admin role can export the reports with no issue. But regional accountants cannot. We will try resetting the Datamart.

    If admin can but users cant , in this case it is not about the Data mart but security roles.

    Hi Waed, this issue hasn't been resolved yet. we are reluctant to try reset the data mart as the month end closing is coming soon. Also, as Frank suggested, this looks like an export issue, not a report generation issue. Regional accountants can view the reports generated or download the individual report, but just not able to export with the "include all reporting units" function selected.

    Are you using custom security roles or out of the box roles?  Try granting one of the users Accounting manager role and see if that resolves the issue.

    Hi Frank,
     
    I have the exact same issue. We have custom security roles, but the Accounting manager role is included in these custom security roles. 
    I am able to export the report when not selecting the "Include all reporting units" toggle.
