Hello All,
I'm doing the attachment migration from one tenant to another. On the source(online) instance, we have configured Azure Blob to store the files but since this is deprecated we want to migrate all the stored files into CDS on the target instance(online). Can anyone please suggest to me any approch?

I think you have 2 options here:
1) Keep using Azure Blob Storage, either by building your own document handler, using one from a third party vendor on AppSource or continue using the deprecated Attachment Migration solution.
2) If you want to move the data BACK to CDS, you can: remove any plugin that moves data and then attach the documents again to the records. This will automatically store it on Dataverse.
