Multi-select Option Set

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can share their experience/tips. Multi-select option was made available in Feb 2020 update if i'm not mistaken. I tried to create a new Marketing Form Field for this field type however it's not mapped to either contact or lead, or both. As such, unable to proceed to save the new field.

Furthermore, the multi-select option set is not documented here either: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/marketing-fields

As a training/event provider, we require a form field that allows users to select multiple options for example:

We run a Microsoft event with multiple break-out sessions on the same day and different timing hence users will need to select their preferred sessions. Additionally, 2 option form field is not preferred as we have more than 2 sessions per event. Hopefully someone can advise us on this.

    Hi Kevin,

    Please check whether you have added "MultiSelect Option Set" type field to Contact entity.

    If there is such type field, then the field will be available when we add "Multi-select option set" type form field.
