a grid field does not appear

I have a grid in a form has a field dragged from a data source. The problem is that when the from is run the field does not appear although it is set to be visible. what are the possible reasons for such issue?

Hi Maram,

Check if the field is set to visible on the table.
It could also be set to visible = no on the data source of the form.
Also check the properties of the grid, is the datagroup option specified? Clear that field if so, or add your field to that data group on the table.
You should also check if the configuration key for that field is enabled. Also, if the countryRegionCodes property is set to a certain country, it will not be visible if your company is from a different country.
Also, try recompiling and restoring the form before you run it.

It might also be the case that you have personalized the form which causes the new fields to be hidden. Ensure that you reset personalization for the selected form.
