Having problem with the setting for Loyalty Card Payment (redemption point) in AX 2012 R2 POS.

I want the customers to be able to use their loyalty card for point redemption. In POS screen layout, I put one button for payment. In the button property I want to set Action = Pay Loyalty Card but I didnt find that action.I have tried to use Action="Pay Cash" and Payment Type="Loyalty card", Action="Pay Corporate Card" and Payment Type="Loyalty Card". All dont work. Iam using VPC image demo from partner source Dynamics AX 2012 R2. The point accrual is working fine but not with redemption. Could you please help to give me a clue how to set POS screen layout for loyalty redemption point ?

    HI DWI,

    The VM should already be setup to process loyalty redemptions.  I believe there is a card 100001 you can use to redeem against. Make sure it has some points (i.e. sell goods and use action "Add loyalty card").

    To redeem, sell items on the POS and select action "Pay Card" as the payment option.

    On the card dialogue box you only have to enter the loyalty card (e.g. 1000001) and amount.  If the card number falls in the range of loyalty cards (see below) it should process the redemption.

    A couple of things to check if this doesn't work.  Make sure you have the following setup:

    1. Retail > Setup > Payment methods  - setup a loyalty card type (default function = "card").  I think the VM has one labelled "10"

    2. Retail > Setup > Card Number - enter a range you will be using that uniquely identifies the loyalty card ( I think the VM has a range of 100000 - 200000)

    If you make any changes, make sure to distribute data to the store.

    when am using payment type loyalty card i have done operation of pay card after entering loyalty card number its showing "authirization could not complete and paramete name missing"

    Kindly help me to solve this problem
