We need to use out of box functionality i.e CRM Online & SharePoint online integration.

Need to synchronize access & data from CRM & Sharepoint. Applying the Access Control List from CRM entity  to the SharePoint document.

Anybody could suggest the best way to implement integration between CRM Online & SharePoint Online with ACL.

Regards,

Abhishek Bihani

The security model of Sharepoint is very different to CRM. CRM provides access at the record level based on the owner - where SharePoint provides access at the container level with optional inheritance to child containers.

You could use a commercial product to bridge the two security models - connecting-software.com/.../cb-dynamics-crm-privileges-to-sharepoint-permissions-replicator

    Hope this helps,

    Scott
