Hi,
 
When I tried to delete an inactive project, it showed the below error.

    Hello,
    If you click on Show Details, it might give you more information but not always helpful.  The record you are trying to delete has a relationship to another record that has a parental setting to delete and likely has some restrictions on it.  First you will need to review the related records to that project and either remove the relationship (clear out the lookup or remove) and then try to delete.  If this is something you expect to be doing more of, I'd recommend you update your related table to not delete.  This should be done in Power Apps but you can also do it in legacy Default Solution.  Below is a screen shot of the advanced setting as they should be from going to Power Apps>>Table>>Relationships.
