Hi,

Currently we have an option to do the setup in MSS; where the manager will get an alert if any document of the direct reports are getting expired.

Is there any possibility where an employees gets notification or alert of their uploaded records when it gets expired?
E.g:- If an employee creates a record in Identification type with an expiry date. Is there a possibility where an employee gets notification on this record before expiry date?

Hello,

There is a possibility you can achieve this by using power automate and the cds connector. There is a cds entity called Worker Person Identification Number that had the data required to achieve this. The flow can be a little difficult to create since you need to use the worker field to identify the employee and then tie back to their email address.
