Email Tracking

Does anyone have any experience or ideas of email tracking with Server side sync for users that work for multiple organisations.

So their mail Outlook profile wouldn't be with the Tennant that the tracking is for.

Off the top of my head I'm thinking maybe folder tracking.

OWA is not a reality they will be working out of desktop Outlook.

    The add-in for Outlook or App for outlook can only connect to one Org, so I don't believe this can be done the way you are thinking..

    Thanks for the reply.

    Last time I enabled folder level tracking it is done server side so isn't dependent client side as long as the email ends up in a sub folder of the inbox and is mapped on the users crm profile.

    The profile can be on each tenant if you want. and therefore have many organizations in their outlook client.

    It may be that this is a routing problem before its a tracking problem.

    An incoming email to an individual would need to be duplicated across the organisations to cater for the cross org tracking.(It simply wont exist in the others.)
