AX Retail - reciept printing question

Hi all,

We have the AX Retail for POS installed on a terminal.

The receipt printing font is not what we'd like it to be (i.e. it is not very readable).

Unfortunately there is not a lot of information on how to customize the AX Retail POS solution.

I attempted to change the font in the form designer. The font changes on the screen but the receipt print out shows the same unreadable font.

If there is anyone with experience with making this modification - how would i go about doing this?

    Go to Retail Headquarter -> Setup -> Retail POS -> Receipt Profiles. Select a receipt and customize it.

    Hi,

    I am having the same problem. i need to change the font, cant find any font option except bold and regular font. secondly there are operators available (+,-,*) .

    i have already searched the designer as suggested above Retail -> Setup -> Receipt format -> Designer

    but cant find the operators (+,-,*,/). Neither there is any option regarding fonts.

    Can you kindly specify the menu.

    fontissue.pngYou need to change the value of defaultfontsize variable in the printer.cs file where it is being used in printDoc_BeginPrint function. like in the figure below
