MAPI use in Dexterity - Error

We send emails from our Dexerity home grown system to about 300 customers.  We do this daily.  Three of our customers are experiencing the following MAPI error when using MAPI_AddAddress() function :  Address couldn't be added to address list. .  For all other customers this function works.  They are using Windows 10 and the email server is Thunderbird and Outlook. Cannot figure this out.  Any suggestions please.

I't more than likely that Outlook is trying to start and is requesting that the user needs to authenticate to O365. Just curious, what are you trying to mail? We have had nothing but issues with email invoices/statements from GP, mostly because of the way is My Balance Now
GP is inextricably tied to Outlook.

I would suggest you look closely at the email addresses on the customers that fail.  Are they separated by commas instead of semicolons?  IS the string too long for the variable you are using?  Is there a space in the list, which will break MAPI?  Maybe try changing those customer addresses to your own email to test.

I couldn't find any mention of this message, even looking not specifically at Dexterity.

Hopefully some in the Community may have seen this and/or have some information they can share.

    Thanks
