Fixed Asset G/L Journal lines disappear

Hi All,
 
May I know why the Fixed Asset G/L Journal lines will disappear when I close the page and reopen it?
 
This issue only happens when I run Calculation Depreciation, and there is no issue when Acquire. Besides, when I run Calculation Depreciation again for another FA, the disappeared lines will appear back to the page, why??
 
Please note that All non-MS extensions are uninstalled.

    Please check all the batches in FA journal after you run the depreciation calculation.

    this is a really strange situation. without further testing, I don't have specific thoughts on how to troubleshoot this. however, you could try to create a new batch and see if anything changes. please also check with your dev if they can find anything from backend if you could easily replicate the issue in a sandbox if possible. 
    if all fails, I'm afraid you or your partner can create a ticket for MS

    I'm sure that the batch never changes as I checked the change log, and the batch always shows "Default" during the process. That's why I'm confused.
     
    Now the issue affects our daily production work. Do you have any other insight? Much appreciate!

    are you sure you are on the same batch when that happens? In theory, this is not possible, the lines should always there unless they are filtered out or user looks at a different batch.

    I cannot reproduce the issue on my demo environment.
    Please raise a ticket with Microsoft for further investigation.
