    Hello,

Are you getting error for OOB reports as well - Like User summary ? You can take platform traces and check SSRS logs as well to check the inner exception and that should help us in understanding what is exact problem.

If possible, can you share the entire error stack ? As per above error, it seems to be coming from SharePoint but not sure if that's relevant in this case.

    Hello,

Has there been a resolution to this issue?

I am having the same problem.

All reports, custom and native return an error when run from the browser.

Also I had issues running the report with the following error: The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'p_GetCrmUserId', database 'MSCRM_CONFIG', schema 'dbo'.

I gave the user permissions but this doesn't look like a very good solution....

When I browse the reports on the server, now I can run them.

On the SQL Server, the event log has a few errors:

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the TERADATA extension.

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the ORACLE extension.

Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the SQLPDW extension.

The Report Server PowerBI extension failed to read its configuration settings from the RSReportServer.config configuration file. The extension is not available to users.

The Report Server Email extension failed to read its configuration settings from the RSReportServer.config configuration file. The extension is not available to users.

    Please advise.

    Thank you
