I have a client who are creating warehouse shipments, but they don't export to their warehouse system.
The issue was happening for 2 of their customers, where they are setup to send emails to 2 email addresses. In the order, once the email addresses were deleted the warehouse shipment went through. They are using BC on cloud and are on BC version 28.1.
No, this does not sound like standard BC warehouse behavior. Standard Business Central creates/processes warehouse shipments from released source documents; it does not normally block warehouse shipment export just because the sales order/customer has two email addresses. If removing the email addresses makes the external warehouse export work, the issue is most likely in the custom/ISV integration or export mapping/validation, for example the warehouse system expects one email only, rejects semicolon/comma-separated emails, or the connector fails when parsing the email field. I would check the export log/error message, confirm which email field is being sent, test one vs two emails, and ask the warehouse integration provider to handle multiple recipients properly or send only the primary email.
