Opening balance for all COA accounts

Hi Experts,

I want to generate a report which shows the opening balance for all accounts in COA for the previous financial year. I was wondering if there is standard report or workaround which would display the opening balances(ax 2009). Thanks in advance.

Hello,

You can generate your TB report and in the parameters select the fiscal year and the check box to include opening balances, this way the opening balance would appear in the first column 'Opening balance'.

You can do the same in others report in GL, to include opening balances.

You can check account statement by currency , trail balance reports.

Hello jube,

In addition to what has already been mentioned you can also create a 'taditional' financial statement report that shows this information.
