Get Members of Private Queue using Plug-in

Hello All,

I want to retrieve all members(users) of Public queue using Plug-in.

Please help me for that.

    Hi Bhavika,

    In Customer Service, in case settings, you can create two types of queues:

    Private queues: Create with limited set of members to help those members easily view the queue items in that queue. Private queues streamline queue items for the members of that queue only and help to remove clutter from other user’s views.
    Public queues: Create to let everyone in the organization view the queue and all the items it contains.

    So users doesn't need to be added to public queues that everyone can see explicitly.

    By default, only private queues can show members sub-grid in the form:

    Hi Bhavika: 

    Queue and members(users) are 1:N relationship, retrieve all members equals retrieve child records.
