HI all ,
When I double click on ax to open it , I should get a welcome message or dialog as (welcome on test instance or live instance ) .
ny1 have ny idea about it.

Please Update Startup Message in Microsoft Dynamics AX Configuration Utility form.
In Microsoft dynamics configuration server settings you have option in General TAB > Start up Message. You can update welcome note there
There're 2 ways to do that,
1. Do that in client configuration, like what the other 2 replies said. You need to set this up at any client.
2. Add code to show current AOS name in class "Info/startupPost" to pop up any message you want. No configuration required.
