SCENARIO
Our customer has Dynamics 365 installed in a single server as Full Role (Front End, Back End, Deployment) as well as SQL Server and Reporting Server.
It is a standard installation without ADFS, SSL, nothing. Really simple.
They are trying to install the Dynamics 365 in a new server (Front End and Back End only) connected to the existing SQL Server.
PROBLEM
After the installation is done, the Async workflows started facing SSPI issues.
We noticed that the servers are working as Load balance. It means, the workflows work pretty fine when request is directed to the original server, but dont work when directed to the new server.
ATTEMPTS
We registered the SANDBOX and CRMAPPPOOL users to the SPN, but it didnt solve the problem.
Now, we are stuck at this point and dont know where to go!

How does your SPN's look for the 3 accounts running the services: sandbox, async and crmappPool?
run: setspn -l contoso\account
By default, when you install CRM using already domain accounts, the following SPN's will be created recarding sandbox, async and crmapppool. Do you have them all?
