Management Report ERROR Installation error ( "an unexpected error occurred while querying the metadata service.")

an unexpected error occurred while querying the metadata service.

help me with the error that appears to me in the installation since when applying that solution it does not fix the error to me when installing

This solution is not working for me

Solution:

I have changed below settings in AOS config file.

1. Go to AX/60/server/<Instancename>/bin/Ax32Serv.exe.config (take a backup for this file).

2. Open config file in Notepad and change the value from 524288 to 5242880 and save the Ax32Serv.exe.config file.

<behaviors>

     <endpointBehaviors>

       <behavior name="MetadataEndpointBehaviour">

         <dataContractSerializer maxItemsInObjectGraph="5242880" />

       </behavior>

3. Restart AOS service

4. And create MR datamart.

    Are you aware of adjustments that have been made to tables/fields related to financial dimensions?

    Well, I operate the version AX Version 2012 R3

    version kernell 6.3.6000.151

    version applicative 6.3.6000.149

    I tried everything and still the application doesn't work for me.

    helpme Please.

    What AX version do you operate?

    Have you searched the customer source site for the download of the previous versions. They should be available there.

    hello thank you very much for the information but in addition to that I would like to know where I can download the cu15 or Cu16 the management report.

    the version I am using is the cu16 but it is giving me problems.

    Can you let us know what AX version you operate and what MR version you tried to install?

    Please ensure that the AX and the MR versions are compatible.
