My information is not updated in Goals and the information of Actuals (read-only fields in zeros) and Participating Records do not match (it shows the information, but does not accumulate it in Actuals)

Thanks for your answer, I found a similar case reported and they told you to raise a ticket to Microsoft; I just picked it up since it is only happening to me in some records

Did you check your roll-up criteria? Did you get any results?
Please note, goals are calculated every 24 hours *by default). This means, you should see updated Actual every 24 hours.
You can change the frequency by following instructions here:
System Settings Goals tab - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs
If you are not getting any actuals at all and roll-up criteria is okay, please share more details and screen-shot to help you better.
