I have the following case. A workshop provides repair services to machine equipment of vessels. That means that they receive a machine and the perform the following tasks:
- Initial Inspection of Machine
- Send a Quotation to the Customer, and if OK
- Perform Repair activities (like valves overhauling). Usually they decompose the machine to components. Each one of the components may have different repair activities. At the end they assemble again the machine.
- Quality Control
The question is how to manage it?
- A. Project Production?
- B. Service?
