The workflow in ax2012 won't start, tried to restart the AOS and refrech WCF but still not working.

It's the workflow process after submitting a Purchase order, the workflow won't proceed
Did you check if work items are created,associated with the workflow?
Yes I did, they are not created.
Workflow execution rely on batch servers, check if your batch group is associated with an AOS server, if not assign an AOS server.

To set a batch group to run on a specific server:
System administration > Setup > Batch group , select a batch group & click batch servers tab.
