I have used a table control in a from. But I want my table to look more like a grid. How can I make it look more like a grid. For example I want to start by shading the alternating rows like we can do in a grid. how can I achieve that?

    You can set background color of individual cells. It's up to you to implement the exact logic you want.

    If you want something that looks like a grid, maybe a grid would do. (Of course, I don't know your other requirements.)

    As you create Table, you add any control(S) in that table, you need to refer those controls by code

    ControlName.backgroundColor(backgroundColor(1,2,3));

    I did it by overriding the Edit control method of the table control. and changed the background color of the alternating rows.
