Dynamics 365 Finance has any API which I can do management for users accounts?

I cannot find any documentation regarding Dynamics 365 Finance to do management of users accounts via API, Microsoft has such API or it is done via microsoft entra id API?

    Dynamics 365 Finance uses Entra ID/AAD for Authentication, however the Authorisation is handled inside the App, and is role based. This means you need to import your Entra Id users or create the manually inside D365.

    What do you mean by management of users via API? Are you talking about creating/ editing users via API? You can consider using Power automate.
