How to change tracking dimension group for item after its released and transaction are recorded

Hi,

I need to change the tracking dimension for few items but the items are already released and transactions are recorded to that ..

any possibility to change it

    Hi Nadeem-MS,

    Can't you simply create a new item?

    Especially if you have already recorded transactions, setting up a new item is the safest way.

    Hi Ludwig,

    We can't create same item number for new item so customer asked us to possibility to change
