Unable to Publish an Orchestration Flow

I am setting up the Intelligent Order Management as per the lab that is published on MS docs.

Create order orchestration | Microsoft Docs

I have followed all the steps of the lab but am unable to publish the flow. There is no detailed error that is showing. Only the message that Failed to Publish the Journey.

I am using the trial version.
