Support for CAD files, max concurrent users & drag-and-drop functionallity

Hi!

Background: I am currently working on a paper about ERP systems for an university in Sweden, were MS Dynamics NAV is one of the final candidates. We have list of requirements that needs to be accommodated for. A few of these I find hard to validate properly and as such, I hope you will be able to help me.

The (made up) company I am trying evaluate different ERP systems for is creating customized kitchen solutions for its customers. The customers can create their own 3D models via a website and send it to the company, which will get back to the client with a price.

Requirement x1:

"It should be able to associate documents in different file formats to orders and tenders. Should include CAD-files, images and documents like .cad, .jpg & .docx."

Authors note: I would assume this is not a problem, but I am unable to find proof of the supported file formats.

Requirement x2:

"The system should be able to run with 20 concurrent users."

Authors note: I know this is ok, but I need some kind of Microsoft statement (or other credible source) that actually confirms it.

Requirement x3:

"a customer project, with all its activities should be able to be executed via drag-and-drop".

Hoping someone would be able to help me out! :)

Best regards,

TB
