Hello Experts!
Looking for some advice on what I would need for simple inventory sorting.
Basically we need would like to sort products using a barcode scanner into 4 different groups. We already have data lists of these products and which group they belong to but need an office/warehouse person to pull each product out of a bin, scan it and have the system tell the person which group (out of 4) it belongs to.
Is this possible? Conceptually it seems simple but we don't know where to start or what is required...

You need to customize it.
First you need to categorize the item for different group in system and whenever person scans the item display the group
