I'm looking to identify the correct license for a portal for contacts to add their own data. (a bit like an event/training registration).
No need to authenticate or maintain the data.
I could us Forms and PowerAutomate how ever Forms stores the data in the US and I'm in Australia and there are some specific data storage requirements for this solution.
